Privacy Policy — Hailstorm

This Privacy Policy describes how FirstCom Studio ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game Hailstorm (com.firstcom.hailstorm) on Android.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account. The following data is collected automatically by third-party SDKs integrated into the app:

Crash & diagnostic data — stack traces, device model, OS version, and app version collected by Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes or encounters an error.
Usage analytics — session length, screen events, and aggregated gameplay events collected by Firebase Analytics. Data is anonymised and aggregated; no personally identifiable information is linked.
Advertising data — advertising identifier (GAID) and general app-usage signals collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your device Settings → Google → Ads.

2. How We Use the Information

Fix bugs and improve app stability (crash data).
Understand how players interact with the game (analytics).
Display advertisements to support free access to the game (AdMob).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data collected by Firebase and AdMob is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share data with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention

Crash reports are retained for 90 days in Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics data follows Firebase Analytics default retention settings (up to 14 months). AdMob data is governed by Google's retention policies.

5. Children's Privacy

Hailstorm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you. For requests, contact us at the address below. For data held by Google, visit myaccount.google.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

본 개인정보처리방침은 FirstCom Studio(이하 "회사")가 Android 모바일 게임 Hailstorm(com.firstcom.hailstorm) 이용 시 정보를 처리하는 방식을 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

회원가입이 필요하지 않습니다. 앱에 통합된 서드파티 SDK가 다음 데이터를 자동으로 수집합니다:

충돌 및 진단 데이터 — 앱 충돌 또는 오류 발생 시 Firebase Crashlytics가 스택 트레이스, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전을 수집합니다.
이용 통계 — Firebase Analytics가 세션 시간, 화면 이벤트, 게임플레이 이벤트를 익명·집계 형태로 수집합니다. 개인 식별 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
광고 데이터 — Google AdMob이 광고 게재 및 측정을 위해 광고 식별자(GAID)와 앱 이용 신호를 수집합니다. 기기 설정 → Google → 광고에서 맞춤 광고를 거부하거나 광고 ID를 초기화할 수 있습니다.

3. 정보의 제공

수집된 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다. Firebase 및 AdMob이 수집한 데이터는 Google 개인정보처리방침에 따라 Google이 처리합니다. 그 외 제3자에게 데이터를 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 보유 기간

충돌 리포트는 Firebase Crashlytics에 90일간 보관됩니다. 통계 데이터는 Firebase Analytics 기본 보관 정책(최대 14개월)을 따릅니다. AdMob 데이터는 Google의 보관 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 아동 개인정보 보호

Hailstorm은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 수집되었다고 판단될 경우 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시면 즉시 삭제 조치합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

관계 법령에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. Google이 보유한 데이터는 myaccount.google.com에서 직접 관리하실 수 있습니다.

7. 방침 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 페이지 상단의 최종 수정일이 갱신됩니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 방침에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
